How It Works
Request a House Call: Call us or request online to see when we’ll be in your area.
We Come to You: A team of one veterinarian and one technician (or a technician and assistant team for tech visits) will arrive at your scheduled time.
Relax: We’ll meet you right where you’re most comfortable, at home — no waiting room stress, no travel anxiety.
Fees
A nonrefundable house call deposit is due at scheduling.
All other services are billed at our standard clinic rates.
Payment is due at the time of service (card or CareCredit).

A: House calls are great for anxious or fearful pets, senior pets, pets with mobility issues, or households with multiple pets that are hard to transport.

A: We can collect samples at home and process them at the clinic. For X-rays, ultrasounds, or surgical care, we’ll schedule an in-clinic appointment for follow-up.

Have your pet in a quiet, well-lit room before we arrive, and keep other pets safely confined. Please have a sturdy surface (like a table or counter) available for exams.

A: Most visits last about 30–45 minutes, depending on the number of pets and services provided.

A: Our Certified Veterinary Technicians have a wide range of services that they can provide independently of a DVM.

Rabies vaccines must be done with a DVM on site due to WI state law.
